Central Lutheran is offering hybrid worship on Sunday mornings at 10:00 am ~ you are welcome to join us in-person or remotely via Zoom.
Join us for a powerful and thought-provoking afternoon with author William Stell in the sanctuary on Saturday, June 20
At 2:00pm, we will welcome Rev. Dr. William Stell, author of "Born Again Queer." This book tour event will explore the roots of homophobia in the evangelical tradition and why it may not be as long-standing or fundamental as is often assumed.
This event is in collaboration with Seattle First Baptist Church and books will be available for purchase from Elliott Bay Book Company.
Central is once again hosting a special Pride worship service on Saturday, June 20 at 4:30 pm
At 4:30pm, we will hold our Third Annual Pride Worship, a time of lamenting the current and historic attacks on the Queer Community and a resilient celebration of God's abundant love and Queer joy. Rev. Dr. Stell will preach and Bishop Shelley Bryan Wee of the Northwest Washington Synod, ELCA will bring a word of greeting.
This event is in collaboration with Luther Memorial Lutheran Church, Seattle and University Lutheran Church - Seattle.

Central Lutheran In-Person Sunday School
Welcome to Sunday School, kids of all ages are welcome: 9 am - 9:50 am, Sunday mornings. Lessons! Projects! Snacks! We meet upstairs in the Parish Hall in a fun kid space. If you can’t attend every week, we are happy to welcome you when you can; bring your friends!
